Here is a map showing municipal parking lots located in the downtown area. The City of London is offering anyone using its municipal lots on New Year's Eve the option of free parking after midnight until 1 p.m. on New Year's Day, for anyone wishing to leave their car overnight and return the next day to pick it up.
There is also on-street, metered parking surrounding Victoria Park.

The Victoria Park Bandshell has washrooms located on the north and south side of the building.
First Aid & Police Services
St. John Ambulance and the London Police Service will be on site throughout the evening in the event anyone requires assistance.
